2025 EVENTS
We have many events throughout the year, and as some of them book out quickly, we’d recommend that you “Save the Date” and then keep an eye out on our social media sites to check when tickets go on sale.
Saturday 15 February, 2025: Vietnam Veterans and Veterans Motorcycle Club 65 Roses Car and Bike Rally. The fifth annual 65 Roses Car and Bike Rally will depart from Dru Point in Margate and travel around the Channel and Huon areas. There will be prizes up for grabs. Saturday 29 March, 2025: Annual Quiz Night. Come along to this fun annual event at a new venue. This year the quiz will be held at the Australian Italian Club in Federal Street, North Hobart. Your $30 registration ticket gets you freshly made Italian pizzas, a lucky door entry ticket, and nibbles for your table. There will be fun games, a chocolate wheel, a raffle and silent auction prizes. Come with a table of colleagues, family or friends and see if you can be crowned the winning team in 2025. Wednesday 30 April 2025: Annual General Meeting. If you are a member of CFT, you are warmly invited to come to the 2024 AGM to hear about the achievements of your association from last year. The meeting is held online in the late afternoon and early evening. Further details will be available in CFT eNews closer to the date.
May 2025: May is 65 Roses month, and we would love for you to be part of a 65 for CF Challenge to help us reach our fundraising targets.
Sunday 18 May 2025: We are excited to announce that we are the major charity partner for this year’s City to Casino Fun Run. It’s time for us to paint the town red again in 2025. You can either sign up to join a team, or you can create your own team.
Friday 23 May 2025: This is the National 65 Roses Day. Members of the CF Federation will be raising awareness across the country. In Tasmania, we will hold a merchandise and donations stall at Centrepoint Shopping Centre, Hobart. Come along and say hi – or volunteer for a few hours. If you can help out, we would love to hear from you.

Saturday 21 June 2025: Gala Ball. It’s going to be big and glamorous with a really fun theme. Location: Ninja Stadium, Bellerive (Formerly Blundstone Arena/Bellerive Oval).
Saturday 1 November 2025: 65 Roses Ladies Lunch. Our signature event, which usually sells out, has a new venue in 2025. Save the date now. More details will follow.
Infection Control at CFT Events
The health and wellbeing of all our members and guests at events are important to our Association.
For this reason, we have put several guidelines in place to achieve this. This policy limits the attendance of people with CF at indoor events.
